Specialized Therapy for OCD and Anxiety
Intrusive thoughts, compulsions, persistent worry, panic, and avoidance can take up a lot of time and attention.
I provide focused treatment for OCD and anxiety. OCD treatment typically starts with I-CBT and can move into more structured ERP-focused sessions. Anxiety treatment uses CBT, ACT, and exposure-based approaches.
We set clear goals, choose a treatment plan, and review progress regularly. You'll know what we're working on and why.

OCD Treatment
Treatment typically starts with Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), then moves into more structured Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) sessions when useful.

Start With I-CBT
Treatment often begins with less structured I-CBT sessions. We examine how OCD turns imagined possibilities into convincing doubt and practice relying on direct evidence.
Move Into Structured ERP
When ERP becomes useful, sessions shift toward a structured treatment plan. We identify triggers, build an exposure hierarchy, and practice responding without compulsions.
Adjust the Balance
Some clients spend more time in I-CBT; others move more quickly into ERP-focused work. We review progress and adjust the balance based on your symptoms and goals.
